3,813 active Pennsylvania carriers that reported at least 5 power units in both November 2024 and October 2026 grew from 164,065 to 171,281 power units (+4.4%). That ranks Pennsylvania 34 of 50 states by percent change in reported fleet size.
Over the same period their combined reported driver count rose from 112,120 to 116,444 (+3.9%), compared with +5% nationally.
