631 active New Mexico carriers that reported at least 5 power units in both November 2024 and October 2026 grew from 11,167 to 11,849 power units (+6.1%). That ranks New Mexico 27 of 50 states by percent change in reported fleet size.
Over the same period their combined reported driver count rose from 8,747 to 9,559 (+9.3%), compared with +5% nationally.
