Receive Freight Quote Requests

Shippers use Get a Quote on Truck Carrier Hub to describe a load they need moved. Carriers can apply to receive those requests by email, matched to the load types they haul and the states and provinces they pick up from and deliver to.

How It Works

  1. A shipper fills in Get a Quote with the load type, pickup and delivery locations, and the shipment details.
  2. The request is matched to approved carriers by load type, pickup state/province, and delivery state/province.
  3. Each matching carrier receives the request by email, including the shipper's contact details, and follows up with the shipper directly.

How many requests you receive depends entirely on what shippers submit for your load types and lanes, so it varies and isn't guaranteed.

Who Can Apply

  • Companies whose FMCSA status is active (company records are updated weekly from FMCSA data).
  • With a Truck Carrier Hub business account, registered by USDOT number.

Approval

  1. Log in, open Receive Quote Requests from your account menu, and choose your load types, pickup states/provinces, delivery states/provinces, and the contact details requests should be sent to.
  2. We review each application before any requests are sent. You'll get an email at your company's FMCSA email address once it's approved.
  3. After approval you can update your load types, lanes, phone numbers, and contact names at any time, and pause or resume requests whenever you like.

Changing your website or the email address requests are sent to needs a quick re-approval. Requests pause until the change has been reviewed, then resume automatically.
